Cape's 2010 parties 'moving closer to deal'
The 2010 prospects are looking positive for Cape Town.
These 11th hour discussions are quite extraordinary coming from Council and the way they usually deal with things. Normally things are sooooo slooow.
Glad I am not alone this festive season making a living.
My hat off to Mayor Zille and her team working a bit of overtime.
