Engineers, but any skilled workers really. There is a very clear divide forming and we desperately need more people on the skilled side. Menial labour is becoming less and less of a demand and will continue to be automated and replaced because of heath and safety, human rights etc which is good but if those people don't transition over to skilled labour they will have no function in society.

We are at a point where even semi skilled labour is under pressure. Call centres, admin staff etc are all planned for replacement by technology solutions in the near future.
