Capped ADSL for gaming, whats my options

So after my current ISP Bitco has been unable to sort out a packet loss issue for over a year now, I'm in the market for a capped ADSL account which will only be used for online gaming... From my understanding there are already lines at my complex, my neighbor has a 4mb uncapped... What will be my next step, do I just contact someone like Afrihost (or who ever else is suggested) or do I still need to deal with telkom?

And lastly what ISP would you guys suggest I go with?

I live in Midrand, and am trying to get an uncapped 4mbps line to my flat (in a complex). If you are even 3% suicidal, do not phone a Telkom Call Centre. I had to hold on for 38 minutes, to speak to a lady for 20 minutes to get nowhere. It was like asking, what are the nuclear decay properties of nuclides and receiving the answer, "Erm, its warm".

So, after all of that, i have now scheduled installing a Telkom line to my flat which is free. Then i will have to pay about R750 for the installation of an ADSL line.
Thereafter i will pay R549 per month for uncapped at 4mbps via webafrica. I will have to buy the router myself, which i don't mind because i want to buy something fancy, and looks at home in a ninja's wardrobe.
