capped and hating it

So i am under the impression that once capped we are throttled to 64k ? correct ?
Well my modem is g0d damn quicker than this **** from WBS !! By the way just hit over my cap so i have not used that much

I dont have an issue with the capped spead. its faster for me then any dial up for me. Considering the rest of the networks running, but right now I am streaming 702, chatting on skype and browsing the web.

But service was really bad the previous last 6 days :/
