Capped by mistake?

Last month, about a week before the end of the month my ADSL was capped, but it displayed only december in my userstats, which was weird because the ADSL wasn't used for almost three weeks during december.
This month, one week before the end of the month, I'm capped once again! There is no way I' went over the 3gb cap limit. I doubt I even reached 1gb. When I go to userstats it displays only a blank for February, and when I look at Janurary's stats it indicates that I didn't even reach 600mb! What could be happening here? I've contacted our server etc but have still heard nothing from them. Any ideas why this could be happening guys?

Doesn't anybody know what I'm talking about? I don't understand why they can't lift the cap when they've obviously made an error on their side, its been 3 days now.

hmmm that ain't nice, phone Telkom and moan at the operator till your head explodes, or say you want to lodge a high complaint :/
