Can someone tell me why there is a poll on this?
I mean do you think they'd actually want to give MORE REASON for people to complain and cancel contracts???
I states it very clearly that it's not a capped service and that's just about the only good thing they have going for them....
I for one know that capping won't solve their problem...it's just down to crappy management and plain stupidity that the service sux and nothing else...
If a cap was applied i think they'd prob lose a least 1/2 their customers...starting with me...
But i digress....
