Capped or not?

About 45min ago my speeds were all over the place from 0kbps to 1mbps, but mainly around the 64kbps.
Webpages are almost imposible to load and i waited ages for MyADSL to load.

The iBurst Helpdesk page loads fast as normal and I noticed that the BW monitor had changed from 1.74gb to 1.02gb still available, thats the first time it has changed in 12 days.

Is this the new capped idea of wbs or is everyone also having speed problems in the past hour or so?

Forgot to mention that it is affecting both local and international

I'm having problems with staying connected, and the speeds are all over the place.
I have 1.34 Gb left, so I shouldn't be capped.
What fun I am having tonight.

ok thanks, so it is not only my connection then, but I would not trust the BW monitor webpage since as I said it never moved for 12 days and then did that 700mb downward jump without me downloading more than 100mb today.

Similar question as my first post, is anyone else having slow speeds tonight?

I can't figure out if I'm capped or not as web pages are loading very slow and download speeds are all over the place mainly around the 64kbps region.

Jumps up to around 500kbps then hovers around 64kbps then drops to almost 0kbps before shooting up again to 300 -500.
