Maybe they will actually mention something in general about Telecoms in SA and include the whole Sentech saga as well. (Doesn't look like it though.)

Saw snippets of the lineup and Hellkom featured. Is this HaRth's handywork? [}:)]

They will be showing Hellkom on the program and me wearing the (now favourite of mine) Hellkom tee.. they also interviewed peepz from IS and NUS consulting and Telkomsucks mefinks... oh and Telkom as well, but that's irrelevant cos anything they say will be contrary to the truth.

Should be good, it won't be pretty for Telkom but hey what can they expect [:)]

Somebody should record that segment and convert to divx format and
put it up on a website.

Then the everywhere they will know the horror of Telkom.

I'll get on it, MaD, I'll set my PC to record it tomorrow .
if you're willing to host it on HellKom, I can upload it.
Just cover yourself beforehand, or determine if this is legal, the rights to it could be owned by MNET.

Do you think they'll air the telkom song??

Carte Blanche shouldn't have a problem with it as MaD's site is promoting the very subject they are reporting on and will probably only be too glad to increase awareness on the issue. I would suggest that you contact them first though just to be sure, u don't want them knocking at your door for the wrong reasons [;)]

Hi guys

I will gladly host it on MyADSL. I don’t think MNet will have a problem if we only host the part dealing with Telkom…

Regards,

MaD, did they contact you? How can we take advantage of this exposure to deal with Sentech as well? If Carte Blanch ignores the Sentech issues, with their deliberate illegal transgression of the ECT Act, blatant lies to the public, rubbish product and sinister cover up plots, I dont know if I could hold too much respect for their program anymore. The should have simply made this an all out attack on our rubbish telecoms policy which is ultimately in the hands of Thabo and Co. If Telkom were more "consumer friendly" I would not have bothered with Sentech, hence as a direct result of the Telkom rubbish product we get landed with another rubbish product, and it will remain this way until our rubbish telecoms "Master" ie Telkom is made to see the error of their ways and commit to reform.

I am looking forward to seeing the faces of MyADSL on national TV! You do realise that there is a certain amount of responsibility on you now, don't you? Yes, you will have to dress sharply from now on as to keep up the good image of this forum!!!! Prada, CK here we go!!!! [;)]

Just watched the show. IMHO the message came out quite clear. I'm sorry to be hopelessly politically incorrect here, but I couldn't help but notice that all the particpants that were anti Telkom was light green, and all the participants that was pro Telkom was dark green. Maybe my tv's color balance is out of whack.

Hey MaD, your ironed on transfer of the Hellkon logo was 1.2mm too far to the right. Judging by your looks and clear lack of "paraat-ness", clearly no national service for you huh...

Well done mate! Now get going with that "bigger" site you just promised on international TV and make sure you incorporate Sentech this time.
