Cell C *101# Balance Enquiry

Hi There!

I am currently on a Top Up 100 Cell C package and receive 100 free minutes, to use to any network, per month. Each time I top up I receive another heap of free minutes(cell c to cell c only), sms(cell c to cell c only), and data. [SupaCharge]

I struggle to distinguish between the amounts of minutes left for usage between Cell C to Other -and- Cell C to Cell C.

Is there an option that I can activate or is this a current system limitation?

Maybe you should try *147#, think there is better detail about balances.

Yes I know its very very annoying that they add all the minutes and sms up in the same place....

Best option will be to go *147# and select option 2 for Balance. It will show them better there and the expiry dates on them.

Best for me is smsing. All totals are added up so you know what you have.

Contract: sms BALANCE to 14302, or call *147#, option 3 If you still need further assistance, please dial 140.
