Mbongeni has processed the refund for the incorrect package activation for ease of reference regarding this matter.
Funds will reflect by next week Monday.

This was supposed to have been done by Monday; today is Thursday; still nothing, still no call from Setfree [does this person even exist)...Cell C; pathetic and useless...
I then wanted to know how my billing would be adjusted and was informed, via e-mail and the Blue Route store, by Thato Molopyane, that, and I quote "A credit to reflect on the customer's account takes 3-7working days, and on this customers account it was approved on the 22/09/2011 and the 3-7working days period comes to an end on the 03/10/2011"; it is now the 12 of October, and still no refund.
CELL C, IT IS NOW THE 20TH OF OCTOBER...My refund is still not being processed, and my current billing problems have still not been attended to. I have no idea how this company manages to stay afloat. They seem to want to upset people, want to make people angry. It's just pathetic. If this is the level of NON SERVICE you get from them, I can understand why people regard them as the "poor, ungrateful, rude cousin" to the other providers.
