Cell C contract termination - some questions?!

My sister has some questions regarding her cellphone contract:

1. She upgraded to a Businesschat contract from a casualchat, in Dec 2009 - Does Dec 2011 then count as contract end? (24mnth)

2. The contract is in her CC's name, but the company is being closed (to dissolve the partnership)
- What is she likely to have to pay to terminate it (the contract)?
- Does the new consumer act play any role?
OR - Is there any other solution / suggestion for what she can do? eg. transfer into her name for the remainder or something?

The person who Signed the Contract No Matter if CC is Dissolved is still Responsible for the Contract.
I suggest that you do a change of ownership in your personal Capacity, but you need proof that the company was dissolved.

Just get all the document, and go to a store for assistance.

If she took an early upgrade the last 4 month of her previous contract is added onto the 24 of the next month. So the contract will run from December 2009 till April 2012.
