I get a call yesterday morning from the Networks Department telling me my giga 200 network issues are fixed. She then tells me my reference number will be withdrawn bcos my connectivity is back to normal.
Internet connection runs smoothly for the next few hours.
From 10pm. last night there was basically no internet connection at all. I tried in vain the next 2 hours but nothing will work. Full H+, excellent signal but no internet connection.
And guess what happens next !!!
I check my notification bar and it says
Emergency Calls Only
No Service
Selected network (Cell C not available)
I call Technical Support this morning & explain him the problem. He then asks me why i didnt call them when i was having these problems.
I then tell him, How do i call u guys if the cell c network is unavailable. He then seemed speechless.
My internet connection is working at the moment but i'm expecting the same Network Episode to unfold again tonight.
I dont know how much longer i can put up with all of this madness.
Maybe its time to move on & go back to Vodacom.
