Hi All.

I recently got a cell c contract, whenever i try make a call from the phone is says that i need to load airtime but i'm on a contract :wtf: ... I have phoned the call center and they have given me codes to try (call barring code) and this did not help, ive tried switching the sim to another phone and still the same problem. My limit on the contract is supposed to be set to R400 and its only got around R70 usage at the moment so there should be no issue with the limits. The call center agents keep saying that they find no problems with my phone.

Where can i log a fault for this because the call center agents have said they have sent a request to the technical department and im still waiting for feedbac?. Is there any cell c reps on here that can get this sorted out for me as i'm tired of dealing with the call center agents? I don't have time to call the call center a thousand times and if it doesn't get fixed i simply don't spend the money on the contract meaning that cell c is losing out on revenue as ill just use my MTN pre paid...

Please help.
Thanks
