So after seeing the Megabonus ad, I decided to give it a try.
The ad never states once that the "bonus" airtime only lasts from about 4 - 5 days then its removed. It also never states that they first use your normal airtime and data then move over to the bonus airtime.
So I bought R100 airtime thinking R300 will reflect. When I checked my airtime, I had thr normal R100 airtime then on a seperate line "Megabonus - R200".
I then received an sms stating that the airtime will expire on the 21/10/2016, thats 5 days.
So after making a couple of phone calls and using the internet, I then noticed that the megabonus airtime was un-used but they are taking my standard airtime.
Thanks for cheating me out of my hard earned money with your false advertising.
Your T's and C's are also difficult to find in which i am first required to buy your product before I can access your T's and C's.
Your branches also do not know or have your T's and C's on hard copy.
