I have a cellc MF10 wireless router that I got some time last year or two years ago I think and it has been working fine no issues at all. However I now have an issue in which the USB modem that is plugged in it (a k3565-z) is not connecting to the net.
The strange thing is the cellc mf10 router seems to work fine by itself. My phone and laptop can both pick it up and connect to it and even exchange data be it files or pictures etc. The modem on the other hand also works fine by itself when plugged into a pc. The cellc sim inside it connects to the net just fine. However when I plug the modem onto the router i see the modem flashing blue indicating sim is ready and network is present however when i connect to the router the modem doesn't change to a solid green or cyan or blue colour to indicate connectivity. It continues to flash. PS the modem was flashed ages ago to accept all sims.
What could be the underlying issue and how do i go about resolving it? Both modem and router work fine independently of each other but together modem just flashes cyan and the wireless router just has the PPP light and the WPS light flashing orange constantly. The power and wlan light are solid orange.
