We decided to go with Cell C Pinnacle Unlimited because of Unlimited Calling and R10 000 cash back. It has been a month since sighning the contract and we have yet not received the R10 000.
We phone the cell c agency all the time and all they say is the money will be deposited soon. We want to cancel our Contract as Cell C have not delivered what they promised us.

As far as I understand your cash back is in the form of a pre-paid Mastercard. Where did you take out the contract ??

I got this the same time I got my phone, couriered by RAM.
