Hi All

Please can someone who is currently on Cell C , or a Cell C rep comment on if my understanding of their prepaid structure is correct:

1) Prepaid SIM would be loaded with airtime as per normal. ( Excluding the SUPA charge bonus ) You would get you airtime value to use as you elect.
2) Out of that airtime you can buy a data bundle to reduce your OOB rate per MB of data?
3) Now if all Data bundles are the same price ie: 15c per MB and the OOB rate is 15c per MB would I be correct in saying that you should do the following on the first of each month?

a) Load airtime
b) Activate a 50mb bundle
c) Load more airtime when needed

Regards

Good Day "Dr Who" Your are right. out of bundle rate is 99cent per MB. To qualify for 15c/MB you need to load a data bundle *DM*

What about this?
a) Load airtime anytime you want (considering SUPA charge bonus), just make sure there is enough money for recurring bundle,
b) Do it once:
*147# > (4) Bundles > (2) Recurring > (1) 50MB for R7.50
A reason it that there are months 31 days long and you are free from memorize things.

Cell C should make the OOB rate 30/MB just to force people to buy the bundles, it doesn't take that long. Giving people the same rate for bundle and OOB has spoilt them.
