Cell C R50 special - activation on Mon. 31st October 2011 ??

Can Cell C rep., or anyone else advise on if one activates a R50 special voucher (50 SMS, 50 mins airtime and 500Mb data) on Monday 31st Oct., it will still be valid for the remainder of that week, going into the 1st week of November '11?

This is in respect of the new prepaid offers starting on the 1st November.

So, will the old special run in conjunction with the new offers, or be superceded by them ?

The R50 special will be valid until the 31st December 2011.

The Data promotion (2GB & 5GB) will end on the 31st October 2011 and be replaced with new prices (Double) on the 1st November 2011.

Both will run in conjunction. One is targeted at voice customers, the other is targeted at data customers.

Huh . . . CellC to double their data costs from the 1-St of November? I see 8ta have a huge smile on their face. CellC should have maintained the "status quo" until at least the end of the year.

If the promo is going till the 31st then one should be able to buy the package on any day including the 31st. Are there any strings attached?

By deduction, it was due to end, and had been extended 'til the end of Dec.'11 ?
Is this the same voucher you referred to above, as all I'm interested in is the R50 voucher for 500 Megs - not a voucher targeted @ voice customers, which I think may have been the 3-in-1 voucher.

I simply want to clarify that recharging with R50 will credit me with 500 Megs., and that it's carrying on 'til Dec.

Yes, the promotion was suppose to end 30th September, but Cell C extended the promotion to 31st December 2011.

Just recharge your phone with R50 and you'll receive a SMS stating that you received R50 airtime, 50 SMSes, 500MBs and 50 minutes Cell C to Cell C airtime.

Or recharge using the dashboard, if using a Cell C modem.
