Cell C - s t e a l s Customers' money!

60 DAYS and still NO REFUND :mad:

On 26 January I bought the 5Gig broadband package with the promise that I will have un-interrupted internet acces from home.

I was also told that:
(a) Cell C now has their own network - so don't worry about being dropped from the network and (b) that there is a 7day money back guarantee should I not be satisfied.

What a lie!!!!

They're still using the Vodacom network and you will not have continous connection. After battling for 4 days - I returned the modem on 29 January 2011.

1. I have emailed Cell C 5 times (have those auto receipt confirmation emails)
2. Have emailed the Western Cape Regional Manager
3. Have spoken to Cust Service 3 times - even have a Reference number that they gave me and somehow can't find on the system! REF. 1102151837
4. Have been back to the Canal Walk shop 2 times - they pass me back to Head Office who must process refunds.

NO REFUND.

NOBODY EVER CALLS YOU BACK OR KEEP THEIR PROMISE TO FOLLOW UP.

Be very, very wary - CELL C WILL S T E A L YOUR MONEY!!!!

yawn...pm the rep...

ps. Vodacom once billed me couple R 1000.00 in error after using my banking details for someone else's contract, causing my debit orders not to go through. What did they do? Only paid back what they took, after two weeks, and thanks to them I had to pay penalty fee's for their f**kup.
