Please friend,poke etc in support of holding Cell C accountable for bad service and shocking unstable networks.

The purpose of this ToyToy page is to try and centralize all the complaints and problems that existing customers have with regards to Cell C,these issues are going to be sent to Karin Fourie(Public Relations Officer for Cell C and or Steven Boils(Network Operations) directly, due to the failure of the communications structure that is currently in place.

Why are you happy with them, what have they done to keep you happy,dude do me a favor go to the Cell C FB page click on recent posts and take note of the endless complaints that have been posted,for 1x compliment they get about 10 complaints now if you were in any educational system that is a huge FAIL.

Never mind the Base Station failure in my area twice in one week! Vodacom,MTN CellC they are all the same why must we the consumers settle for second best?

Toy Toy or Toyi Toyi it is all the same, as consumers we are getting the short end of the stick,correct me all you want, assist me all you want the fact remains as south africans we settle for sub standard services no wonder we are a third world country !

Why people waste time with virtual toyi-toyi group hug sessions on FaceBook, when all they need to do is PM Cell_C, is beyond me. :rolleyes:

Been there, done that! 10 times 20 times etc what more must I do, even been to there head office in Sandton.:wtf::rolleyes: and if the Fb process is beyond you please could you suggest an alternative solution to this problem:)

So besides your incorrectly formatted post in the problem reports thread (which has now found its way into the L&F thread) I don't see any (public) effort on your part to post the relevant details in the correct thread. If you have sent Cell_C 20 PMs by all means please post them here so we can see. I've been here long enough to know that Cell_C (aka Armando) gets things sorted, so send him your details.

Guys my beef is with Cell C not with the moderators, members or even Armando.So if there is a problem correct it, if not please assist me where you can and drop the sarcasm,it doesn't belong on a forum. !:D

With regards to PM's that is exactly what they are PRIVATE MESSAGES,if you need proof speak to Armando I'm sure he will gladly confirm that he has received a few PM's from me and that the tech department has received a few, for the record he has been the most helpful representative from Cell C to date.He has resolved 1 of my issues however with regards to the network stability issue he has hit a brick wall,which is no fault of his own, that would be the incompetent network/tech department.
