I also play games on their network and I have problems too here and there, my speed test are often worse then your current.

But heck I was used to pay R189 per month for 500MB data (vodacon) before this came along, Cell C FTW.

Hopefully someone from Cell C will be able to help you out.

Either there's issues with your tower or more people in your suburb are using the same tower.

Well I have had my say and pretty much had enough of it- fed up.Nothing has change this morning since 3 weeks ago, so if cell c can not fix a problem of this caliber in 3 weeks I am wasting time better off watching Horatio pose on CSI Miami less frustration more laughter.

Been there, done that! 10 times 20 times etc what more must I do, even been to there head office in Sandton.:wtf::rolleyes: and if the Fb process is beyond you please could you suggest an alternative solution to this problem:)

All the messages sent to H/O where sent to Karin Fourie and Steven Boils the rest I utilized the tech app on the cell C web page, however since then you have been kind enough to assist me with the 2 issues that I currently have and for the record you have been the only representative of cell c that has given me prompt feed back and assistance which is much appreciated on the restricted APN and the unstable and unreliable network! The APN issue you have explained to me and I accept for the time being, as for the roller coaster network there is no light at the end of that tunnel and I mean no disrespect to you Cell_C(AM). Please refer to the 3G failures that occur specifically yesterday!!

Please friend,poke etc in support of holding Cell C accountable for bad service and shocking unstable networks.

The purpose of this ToyToy page is to try and centralize all the complaints and problems that existing customers have with regards to Cell C,these issues are going to be sent to Karin Fourie(Public Relations Officer for Cell C and or Steven Boils(Network Operations) directly, due to the failure of the communications structure that is currently in place.

With a total of 9 friends looks like cell c is really doing a great job, thier official page has more likes.

I like that there are complaints on the Cell C page, especially that cellc is at least replying.

Replying yes, but out of all these complaints are they actually doing something about them, how many people just eventually give up!!!!

I know how it feels, it's crap even though they try to help...sometimes. My family doesn't use cell c because of my experience, I've also warned co workers and others which
imo is just due to the service, bad service will get a bad reputation inevitably.
