CELL C Wooosh billing issues

I own two cell c woosh speedsticks.

According to cell c i used my data allocated by the 10th of the month. No problem i can imagine using that data for that time period. So i reloaded with 3gb top up on Sauturday 16 June. Today i get cut off because supposedly i have used all my data allocated. (In previous months i have had similiar occurences, which i now question the validity of).

Now my question is this. HOW DO I CHECK MY USAGE ? Certainly not through the cell c website ! The website will not accept the "random" password it sms's to you. Certainly not the frontline support via 084 140. According to them i haven't even loaded a top up bundle. Then 5 minutes later the call centre agent says "ok, we have peeeked up your loaded top up bundle" and then goes on to say "you have used your data". Which totally negates what i asked for in the first place.

SO MR CELL C REP, PLEASE INFORM ME HOW TO DO THIS ?

I refuse to drive anywhere to find this info out. If i have to drive it will only be because i am taking both these "speedstick's" back for a refund with FRAUD and THEFT as the bassis.

If you open the Cell C connection manager software there is an aoption to check usage/balance.
On the new software there is an option under 'usage' &'account'.

Keep in mind that an operating system (Windows XP/7/Vista ect) downloads updates automatically without you even knowing about them. So does anti-virus software. There could also be viruses/spyware downloading in the backround as well.

I suggest you do both of these:

1. Download Microsoft Security Essentials Anti Virus (Free & works brilliant)

2. Then turn Off Windows Automatic Updates. Here is how: http://www.microsoft.com/en-za/security_essentials/default.aspx
