I thought I'd try and take out a Cell C casual chat contract for those extra few free minutes per month. My wife is very happy with MTN and I am happy with Vodacom but seeing there is a R38.00 deal that gives you 100 minutes we thought we would give it a try.
Well, I called Cell C direct and listened to the smouldering voice give me a few options, I selected "smouldering new deal" and was helped by a consultant that kept yawning in my ear. Halfway through the take down your details bit she stopped, the system hung... and has been ever since!
What kind of useless system do they have at Cell C? if the system is off for two days now how do they generate business...if the system is off like this do I want a contract from them???
