Further infor Here where?

No link there Cell_C.

So just to clarify these data bundles are only available on data products and that the data rate on your voice contracts/prepaid remain the same? 99c for data on 99c tariff etc right?

That's what I understand from AM but on the cellc website states u can load on contract or prepaid smart data bundles.....not sure why they are not clear on these issues when they release these products!

That's how it should work, but I would test it with a small amount first just to be sure.

Hi

I've been searching to see whether cell c has some sort of USSD system to top up with data bundles but for the life of me i can't find anything. Is there a USSD self service portal for prepaid users? I've just ported over.. bought R70 airtime and want to convert some to data

Just did a test, bought a 12MB bundle @ 1.50.. exhausted it, then downloaded a 9.somethingMB file and confirm that it only took R1.61 off my airtime.

Normal pre-paid.

Wondering if I need to keep re-buying bundles each month to maintain the 0.15c/mb thing?

When I tested with a prepaid sim that didn't have a bundle loaded I was charged R2 per MB.

Working ok for me on Control Chat.

Did the prepaid sim have a bundle purchased on it recently?

No, I specifically took one that I knew didn't have a bundle loaded in the last few months. After depleting the 12 MB bundle I was charged 15c/MB thereafter.

Ah ok so I assume when the bundle's window has depleted, it's time to buy another to maintain the 15c rate - would be nice if Cell_C can confirm this.
