Prepaid data Bundle was bought on Sept 5th, and yesterday morning i've lost airtime due to R2 pmeg. I've recharged wit R10 to make sure,
and after using 3 mb my artime went down to R3 something. Now i'm on my 25th day and not 30, i've recharged
now & bought a R7.50 bundle and saw that the bundle will expire within 30 days? So is the 30 days not really 30 days?
So i finished the 50 MB bundle yesterday to be on OOB .15c to make a test.
Connected to the int this morning with R5.56 airtime left, used 5.6MB and disconnect to see that OOB rate was .37c.
Connect again with R3.98 airtime left, used 2.13MB and disconnect (.11c airtime left) to see that OOB rate was R1.86
Question now CellC is, What must i do to keep using the internet @ .15c per meg????
I'll recharge my airtime now with R25 and see what happens during the day.
Just asking you know, cos at this rate the internet will cost me a fortune.

From what I understand the 15c per meg price is valid for that calender month.

No, i've asked the cellc rep a while ago and he told me it's 30 days from purchase.

From purchase date to 30 after.
Only the year or two year data are month to month.

I have also noticed this, I bought 100MB and had about R50. When the data was depleted in no time my R50 was also gone. Checked the statement (Website) and saw that I was charged OOB and this happened with 26 Days remaining on window. So best way to sort this is to buy data bundles everytime you finish the current one, and one needs to constantly check their balance. Cell C is stealing our airtime

Strange, I don't have this problem on Control Chat.

Same issue here. Bought 50MB last week, used it in a few days. By Thursday (I think) I went over the bundle by 20MB (expecting the advertised 15c per MB OOB rate), my remaining R40 odd airtime was gone with that 20MB...

I pm'd Cell C here on the site (since according to another post, they were helpful to look at the issue) Friday and again yesterday. Still no reply on the issue...
