CellC 3G Modem/Network extremely Frustration!!!

Is anyone else having trouble with there CellC modem connection as of today?

I've been using the 7.2Mbs white ZTE Corporation modem(2Gb pm) for approximately 5 months now but since today i cant even load any web pages.
Im using a desktop pc so it can be due to location since i havent moved anywhere. This is becoming extremely frustrating since i spent my entire day off trying to resolve this issue.
The network type is displaying as EDGE the entire time and sometimes it wont connect at all.

I've also tried using the black Huawei modem(21mbs 5gb pm) to determine wheather my modem is faulty or not, however its also slow but i am able to browse the internet (connects using WCDMA CellC).
I've tried installing multiple times!

Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

My best guess - there is an issue at your tower. If I had the same issue, I would contact the Cell_C rep with my tower ID. You can also make a post about your issue here. Good luck!

Went to work today...tried the modem...works absolutely fine!!!! WTF CellC!!! How does the tower suddenly stop working in my area? and how is it that the 21mbs huawei modem works???
