Cancelled my CellC contract at the beginning of 2020, paid the aoutstanding amount, and ported elsewhere.
Application for an overdraft was turned down, as my credit record showed an outstanding balance to CellC. I contacted the CellC customer care line who a) confirmed I do not have an account with them and b) nothing is owed by me to CellC.
Who can I contact to sort this out? The call centre could not help.
