CellC BIS slow

In the last few weeks it has been almost impossible to use CellC BIS. It's slow and doesn't work at all a lot of the time. BBM's take ages to go through or sometimes don't go through at all. From this article: http://mybroadband.co.za/news/cellular/68840-guess-where-all-the-blackberry-data-hogs-are.html I can deduce that this is because of all the data hogs eating all the bandwidth. Why doesn't CellC introduce a cap like MTN? Uncapped ADSL is cheap, why should the rest of us suffer because a few individuals are misusing the network?

Decided to rather use my Cell-C prepaid simcard and activate BiS on it rather than my contract Vodacom sim because I've got full Cell-C signal and our 3G works without any problems.

The Cell-C BiS is unbearably slow and BBM's take ages or just completely time out and fail!!!

Whats going on with Cell-C BiS?

Your BIS is correctly provisioned on our side, you might need to manually register your device on a wireless network "host routing table"
