CellC: Cell C 10GB, 20GB packages announced from 3c/MB: Thank you

Basically this is to tell Cell C thanks for listening, though we had asked for this over a year ago

When I purchase my new bundles when my current ones expire I'm gonna now save on having to swap between my 3 sims.

Now if only we had the local STEAM mirror....
And the abilty to have 2 sims linked to one number...so that can leave one in dongle and use the other in the phone

guess you meant use don't really want to sue your sim card do you ? But yes we have cellc to thank for great 3g or is it 4g prices

if they mirror Steam and offer offpeak data form thier steam server as zero rated. I'll probable never use another data product again.

CELL C please offer these packages with a sim only option on contract some of us, such as myself already have your modem and dont need another one. I was looking to take out a secondary 5 gig contract but it means I will be paying for another modem. I recall that you used to offer a sim only option on contract, so just wondering, what happened?

Why not offer cheaper bundles user must provide his own modem. I mean they cant network lock it so whats the use of them charging more cause they throw a modem in the deal. Im sitting with about 5 modems here. They can offer much better bundles for cheaper

They already do

Cell C is adding more value to the lives of SA consumers and small business owners, with the launch of its new bigger bundled broadband products at exceptional prices.

On 1 August, Cell C will be unveiling its 10GB and 20GB packages on the SA market with the aim of bringing the H+900 deep | wide| strong network to higher-demand Internet users.

“Cell C has heard the call from SA consumers and small business owners to provide larger bandwidth products at competitive prices to help them meet their own day-to-day Internet access demands,” says Simon Camerer, Cell C’s Executive Head of Marketing.

The 10GB per month package, standard with either a 7.2Mbps MyZone router or 21.6Mbps Speed Stick, will cost the customer R499 per month on contract for 12 months or R4999 once off on prepaid.

The 20GB per month package, also standard with a MyZone router or Speed Stick will be available at R899 per month on contract or R8999 once-off on prepaid.

Both prepaid packages will also be available as “SIM only" variants at a R1 000 discount. Customers that already own a Speed Stick or router will be able to purchase a 120GB SIM (10GB per month) for R3 999 once-off or the 240GB SIM (20GB per month) for R7 999. Cell C's out-of-bundle rate of 39c applies to these packages.

The two new products will be available to customers from the beginning of August from any Cell C franchise store, and participating retail outlets.

“Coupled with our recently launched 3GB once-off offer for R399, Cell C now has a comprehensive range of broadband products that cater for a cross section of consumer needs, enabling them to get the best out of Cell C’s new H+900 network,” says Camerer.

cell c does offer dual sim cards not sure if it applies to these bundles though

If you do, don't just mimic the yellow and red monsters, offer a deal sweetener too by maybe defining "off-peak" as 00h00 to 06h00.

Thanks dude, you should also mention to them Webafrica's attempt at FREEZONE. Like I keep mentioning it comes down to quality of service (ie the sweeter deal) and if you get that right than regardless the price the customers will come.

But none the less you are right.
I don't see why we would not look in to it.

But we could not put these deals at a month voucher, as we would not be able to create these great prices.
But i will bring up that they need to create a big Data voucher.
Now we have a 3Gigs at R400.
what size would you guys be looking at, keep in mind price try scale it the best you can.
