Dear CellC

Is there any possibility of either publishing the PDF with the device / contract / pay in combinations or puting such on your website. I feel that I am in a far better position to make decisions about upgrades when I have all the information at my fingertips instead of having the CellC Direct people reading out a massive last of devices and then manually checking what the pay-in is....

Just a suggestion / request :)

The competition commission should force them to compile a comparison chart...

Agreed, I really battled to make a decision on what phone and what contract. I used the nashua mobile site. Good for use to compare the different companies and contract option. Not sure if it shows pay in and such

Agreed. I'm due for an upgrade but it's such a pain to have to call them/ go into a store when we should be able to get the list via the internet. It would make it so much easier, and less time consuming...

I can't see why these lists are such a massive secret?! Why not compile a form: Device / Contract = Subs + Pay In. Have a look at the 8ta website CellC - how simple is that to use and understand (very in case you were wondering).

Dear CellC

I recently called CellC Direct to find out about which phone options were available for two contracts the Control Chat 175 and Active Chat 100. The phone call lasted roughly 45 minutes because the consultant had to check with his superior each time I asked what the pay in was for certain phones. I still find this unacceptable.

Is there no way at all I can get a list with phones and contracts and what the pay-in is for each of the phones on each of the contracts? I'm sorry for bumping this thread but my query still has not been resolved by CellC.
