Cellphone Number Swaping within MTN Contracts

HI,

If anyone can help me, I am trying to swap two number of two MTN contracts.

The whole story is the following:

I have a MTN contract that is about three months into the contract and I also have a Vodacom Contract which is currently Month to Month. I want to cancel my Vodacom contract and Port my Vodacom number to MTN and then swap the Vodacom number with the current MTN number.

Is it possible? Can anyone help me and/or give me someone to contact @ MTN that will know if it is possible?

I seem to recall the last time somebody tried that it didnt work and the guys on this site who requested it ended up with out both lines for a week, so im safely going to say no
