They're actually going to pay somebody to tell them that - DUH - the more competition the better. Fsking wasters of money.

Methinks government should keep their noses out of this, and focus on the safety and security of the country and it's citizens. The reason cell and telkom prices are so high is because the governments nose is where it should not be. Why the helk do they control who gets licenses and who does not. A fourth cell provider won't solve the issue, because that is still not true competition. Unless the government opens everything up to free market, to truly open the way for competition to come in, this will cause these rates to go down. But the Gov is still protecting these corporations as it stands today, by regulating who can move into these markets
