I've been one of the loyal Iburst supports and only had good things to say, but after the last two weeks it is changing VERY FAST in an opposite direction.

I stay in Centurion and was told to take my unit back because I do not have a signal, after I phoned them asking why I can not connect.

I told them I've been using it from three months already and still the answer was that they will credit me..... They did phone me back later and said the Centurion base station was down.

The other night the base station was down from about 16H00 to 22H30, are we getting compensated for the time we were not able to use the connection?

And the last thing, that really gets me  , when you are over the CAP (by about 120Mb), they scale you down to a service where you are not able to open even a local site, but what about last month when I lost my 500MB left on my account?? They are quick to throttle your service, but not quick on the helpdesk response......
