I have tried multiple reconnects this morning and never get 197.228.x.x only 197.229.x.x

Maybe it depends on area and prepaid or contract?

Well, if it was only 197.229.x.x they'd only have space for 65025 connections to their network. This number would include cellphones and I doubt they have that few subscribers.

Great to hear things are working now. Have an app to demo this week and would've been difficult if I couldn't run my webserver.

Possibly not true. Packet can be filtered on higher to IP (TCP) layer and distributed accordingly. That way number of concurent users are incleased. However thinking about incoming connections...

Can anyone else on 8ta, who does NOT get a 197.229.x.x IP address confirm if there is a problem loading this Cell C website?

With my 197.229.x.x IP range, I only get it to load this far:

It should show the user and password for log on.

I suspect this to be a Cell C issue and I have asked them to look into it.
With a Vodacom SIM in the same router connection setup, the site loads as expected.
If I try with the same laptop from a WiFi hotspot, it loads as it should.

If possible, please indicate your 8ta IP address.

**Edit: The site loads correctly when using TOR browser on the 197.229.x.x 8ta connection.

Yes, also working now for me on 197.229.x.x, where it definitely wasn't this morning.
Considering, I've brought this issue to the attention of both Cell C and Telkom Mobile, I wonder who did what?
