Can anyone please recommend a reputable company that can issue all three the certificates needed for selling a property in Cape Town.

I can say stay away from DOSS, who did the property I bought and the previous owner said it was a mess from start to end.. When we moved in here, one toilet they supposedly fixed, was still leaking..
