If you wish to purchase your chip (2.5Cm Dia) directly from them they will charge you R80 plus R50 for their appionted courier WITHOUT THE OPTION OF CUSTOMER CHOICE OF TRANSPORT, TAKING NOTE THAT YOU AS CUSTOMER IS PAYING THE TRANSPORTER. This is normally a choice by customer if he/she is footing the transport bill. eg. REGISTERED MAIL(With Trace&Trace via Web INCLUDED) plus package R21.50. If the product price was stuctured differently eg. R130 where the supplier pays for transport then the customer has no choice of transporter.
The MD of this company refuses to change because it is to much trouble and work to use the Post Office. I made the offer to supply the B5 Bubble pack with Registered postal cost plus fuel cost to post office. This MD still insisted we must use their R50 Courier.
