You do know you can set whatsapp to not download such things when not on wifi?

whatsapp > settings > storage and data > choose what type of files, if any, you want or not want to auto-download when on mobile data.

Those videos will only download and play if you then click on the download icon on the video, or if you are on wifi.

Capitec is a "small" bank and is way ahead of FNB in most aspects. FNB should rather concentrate on their pathetic customer service.
