As the topic says, do you change your fitness tracker goals on a daily \ weekly \ monthly basis?
I've been maintaining a good streak for just over a year now, but...
It seems Apple Watch tends to try and push for one to increase their move ring every week, however it got to the point where the target was almost unreachable... one can only work out for so many hours or burn so many calories per day
. Especially with work, travel, chores, etc.
It is also usually recommended that one has 2-3 break days per week to avoid burnout or injury from working out At this point Apple health also doesn't really let you set "break days" and from what I see this is requested often.
So I usually change my move and exercise goals on days where I either want to take it easier or just don't get to do x hours of workouts... but it does feel like cheating at times.
Do you decrease and increase your fitness tracker goals on certain days or weeks? Or do you just ignore maintaining move, stand, workout, etc. streaks?
