Changing to a different adsl isp account on Marconi adsl router

Hi - i was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm trying to change my adsl account on my Marconi router, but each time i change it the old one just reappears and it never changes.

I click WAN under Configuration on the left, and after filling my details in I click save and reboot.

Am i doing something wrong?

I don't know that router, but with my telkom 5102g i add the detail at PPPoE (Internet Settings) and save. Why do you reboot?

If i remember correctly below the wan configuration screen (scroll down to the end) there is a save button that you must first click which then automatically takes you to the save and reboot screen

I do all that. It just never saves the new account i enter.

I always do it like this, never used the WAN page befor.

On the left click on PPP under configuration. Scroll down and click on PPP Account configuration. Modify the account or create a new account if you want to alternate between more than one account.

Only if you create a new account, go back to PPP under configuration (on the left list). Type in sesion name, must be the same as sesion name listed in sumery below. Select account to use. Click Submit.

Then save and Reboot.

Wan - enter new details - press submit (scroll down)above save config - save reboot (on left side) - then save reboot on top middle.
