Cheapest 3G/HSPDA card

Can someone give me info on the cheapest 3G/HSPDA cellphone or usb Data Card. I have just upgraded my contract phone to Samsung E370 as we only had EDGE here and now we got the whole works.

Yea, there is one being sold by de780...but, he has 0 posts on this forum. I need to trust someone before I will go out and deposit that amount of money into his bank account. Then he could still back out, and just not send it to me at all!
