Or is there a better android phone available atm?

Check OLX or Gumtree. There are quite a few peeps selling unwanted upgrades for between R5k and R6k.

I got a white 32GB on OLX for R5k on the dot. Brand new unwanted upgrade. 2 weeks ago.
