This week i applied for a telkom 3 gig account and as i was completing my telephonic conversation i asked the telkom sales INSULTANT about the icasa regs in the government gazzette so he asked me to email the gazzetted piece to him claiming they know nothing about ............ no more local capping ...............so i mail it to him and he sounded surprised ....next day i see a comment on the main page of mybroadband about the very paer i mailed to him

Seems they trying to act dumb
