For all those upgrading your telkom accounts you need to keep an eye on your account.
I have been paying R1600 for the R999 special for the past 5 months and to date Telkom have not fixed it.
Good luck to all trying to get someone to understand your issue as I have tried several times to get a dispute raised and to fix my account.
