You must surely admit that there should come a time at which apartheid and colonialism should have no bearing on the current state of the country. How many generations must come and go before that is the case?

Because, if you don't admit that, then you are basically saying that even 500 years from now, apartheid must be blamed for whatever problems the country experiences.

It would be kind of shameful and embarrassing to have no excuse for this mess.

They are willing to collude with foreign Indians, white South Africans, foreign Western companies, Asian powers and other African governments and companies. The fact they can overlook both race and nationality for corrupt self-enrichment is about the only time race, apartheid, xenophobia, colonialism does not bother them in the slightest.
