1. It sits too low. What about trucks and taxi's?
2. How can it change lanes?
3. Some serious big cojones behind that :D

I remember seeing previous pics/concept renders and it was much more elevated than the pic in the article.

Won't be long before that thing cuts a car in half and kills someone. Wait for it.

Ja, where was the plans showing how it's technologically feasible? Of course it was a scam but you know the Chinese who keep on driving in reverse and all...

I remember reading this story, back in 2016. There was even a video, IIRC. The height in the picture is what I remember seeing.

We'll be waiting for a long time; since you know, it was a scam. ;)

I think this is actually a pretty cool idea.

Really doff idea. Every stop is ten times longer because people boarding and alighting have to climb up and down a ladder.

They could use elevators for embarking and disembarking

Indeed. But how much traffic would it have alleviated, I wonder? Enough to justify the project?
Not sure, but would be awesome to get rid of the metro and putco busses on the roads :D

That would add another two minutes to each stop, to lower and raise the metal framework and guides needed for an elevator. Having a passenger platform swinging on cables with pulleys is even doffer.
