Apologies. Your post make no mention of 5g and I assumed it was a regular 9t due IC not mentioning it in the title.
It's curious stuff. The linked ad strongly suggests it's the note 9t with 5G but the price seems too good to be true. It's been up for a couple of weeks though so I reckon they would have corrected it by now if it was an error.
Me thinks it's an error. I've only seen the 4g snapdragons locally.
