clearly I'm not the only one confused by this?
are you in like a complex that was on one main meter and each unit with a private sub meter and now you getting individual meters directly with City Power

Estate, one main meter into submeters. And only our admin chances, as its 1 form... nothing more! No new meters!

You pay a **** load more than city power pays them for the equivalent amount of electricity
of course city power pays less then me , they a supplier :cautious:
LOL
but its semantics though , but I'm pretty sure i pay less then a city power customer who buys the same as me
I buy 600 Kwh a month and I pay R1094
looking at the equivalent city power rate , for 600Kwh I would pay R1330 - (this of course if the rate they give is inclusive of Vat , if not then I pay way less)

so not sure what the change, unless you guys had some company managing the collection of electricity that was adding in some not to kosher surcharges

That's good to hear, yeah it seems it's hard to get people to log faults, they'll moan on City Power twitter but not actually log the fault.

Going to hand to eskom they added that new chat bot ALfred made it easier to log a fault.
of course then there are those we can't help like my 2 neighbours who logged the fault with City power and wondering why they were not getting feedback.
