Clarkson’s Farm – A review

I THINK I preferred S01, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say about S02. Hands down better than TGT, especially the later episodes.

Maybe S02 was equally as good. Maybe. They're both excellent in their own rights, but it was really fun seeing him start from nothing.

Must say, I enjoyed season 1 and 2! Reality .... Clarkson did well!

Thanks for the entertainment! Cant wait for season 3...

Finished season 2. Flippen heck, people don't like Clarkson and his farming enterprise.
Except the farmers, they love what he is doing and bringing their livelihood and all the issues with providing food into the spotlight, pity people don't realise what it takes to get food to the supermarkets, let alone their tables

Except the farmers

And the traders in the village. The pub landlord has come out in support and said it's increased his business, as has the village butcher.

Owner of Hook Norton Butchers Henry Lawrence, 33, supplies Diddly Squat Farm shop with meat, and said his business “would not be the same without the trade” they received from the farm.

He said: “Before Diddly Squat, there was three of us who were full time.

“We have continued to supply and work with the farm shop and now as a result we have ten full time staff.”

Mr Lawrence said Diddly Squat had allowed his business to expand and they were “now opening a new shop”.

And not all the villagers either

In planning documents linked to his latest application, neighbours have pleaded with West Oxfordshire District Council to allow it to proceed as the number of visitors with nowhere to legally park is causing major safety issues. Parents on the school-run say they routinely have "nowhere to go" and one mum said she even had to crash into a hedge last week to avoid a serious collision

One neighbour who lives directly opposite said: "I and at least 10 others drive past four times a day to take our children to and from Chadlington School. I have absolutely no objection to Mr Clarkson's farm, farm shop or restaurant and wish him all the luck with it, the problem I and many others have is the parking.
