Climate change: World's hottest day since records began

Well this isn't new. I remember in the early 2000s the artic ice will melt and all the fresh water flowing into the ocean will somehow reverse the currents.

Is that still what's happening? What's the tl/dr update.
The Climate Cult has gone back and forth on this one --- The current state is that the AMOC is slowing down and the alarmists are postulating/predicting/forecasting/projecting that the currents will stop and reverse ----- no one knows when.:rolleyes:

Based on what? the "book" value of power generated or the ACTUAL power generated?
And presumably all those that are sitting without power because of failed solar and wind power systems due to the weather in the US all agree with these numbers.
