Clock with Family pictures

Not sure where to put this but I am looking for a clock that has family pictures surrounding it. Doesn't have to look the same as the one below but its an example of what I am looking for. Anyone know where I can find something similar in a store in Johannesburg?

A friend of mine still has the stock picture of some hot girls in one of the frames he bought and hung on his wall. Everyone asks who his pretty friends are but alas he's never met them.
